SHIPPING POLICY

Processing and Fulfillment At Golden Coast Overlanders, we take pride in the speed of our operations. Most orders for the GCO Tailgate Anchor System (V1) are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Because this is our primary focus, we aim to have orders transitioned to the carrier as quickly as possible to get the hardware into your hands.

Domestic Shipping (Lower 48 States) We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States. These orders are typically shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, depending on the most efficient route.

Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories is available. Shipping rates for these locations will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.

International Shipping Golden Coast Overlanders ships worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated transit times are calculated at checkout. Please note that the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Carrier Liability and Tracking Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. While we ensure your hardware is packaged securely in our custom 4.5" industrial boxes, Golden Coast Overlanders is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or theft once the carrier has taken possession of the shipment. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched.
